SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

LEMS processes and fulfils orders from our available fulfilment locations and logistics partners.

Please allow 2–10 business days for your order to be processed unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, particularly for pre-order items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email. You may also be able to track your order directly through your LEMS account.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, product availability and the carrier responsible for your shipment.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided as an indication and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or periods of high order volume.

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain LEMS products may be sold on a pre-order basis.

When purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment.

The estimated production and shipping timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page whenever possible.

Production and delivery dates for pre-orders are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, quality control, transportation or customs delays.

If your order contains both available products and pre-order products, your items may be shipped separately or together once all products are available.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you confirm that you have read and accepted the estimated timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING RATES & CUSTOMS

LEMS offers shipping to selected destinations worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery destination, shipping method, parcel size and weight.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the price paid to LEMS and remain the responsibility of the customer.

LEMS does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee the amount of any duties, taxes or import fees that may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation requested by customs authorities or the shipping carrier in order to complete delivery.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges or provide requested information may result in the parcel being delayed, returned, abandoned or otherwise handled in accordance with the carrier's and local customs authority's procedures.

Any rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact LEMS so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered when placing the order is complete and accurate.

LEMS cannot be held responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Where a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, customers should first check with household members, neighbours, reception areas and any designated safe place.

LEMS cannot be held responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery or parcels left in a location specifically authorised by the customer, subject to any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To request a return, please contact the LEMS customer service team before sending the product back.

Returned products must be:

• Unworn and unused.

• Unwashed.

• In their original condition.

• Returned with all original labels and tags attached.

• Free from stains, odours, damage or signs of wear.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their standard right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs may only be refundable where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned incomplete may be refused where permitted by law.

Certain products may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception exists.

EXCHANGES

Where stock is available, LEMS may allow customers to exchange an eligible product for another size.

Exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.

Products submitted for exchange must meet the same conditions as returned products.

Additional shipping or return costs associated with an exchange may be charged to the customer unless the exchange results from an incorrect or faulty product supplied by LEMS.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or a refund where applicable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact LEMS as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

• Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

Once the issue has been reviewed, LEMS will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Customers should not return a product believed to be faulty without first contacting our customer service team.

INVENTORY

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that stock information displayed on our website is accurate.

However, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur due to simultaneous orders, technical errors or stock management issues.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, LEMS may cancel the affected product and issue the corresponding refund.

Where appropriate, we may also contact you to offer an alternative product.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered preparation or has already been dispatched.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and completing any necessary steps required for delivery.

If a parcel is returned to LEMS because it was refused, not collected, the address provided was incorrect, or required customs formalities were not completed, additional shipping or return costs may apply where legally permitted.

If a returned parcel is eligible for a refund, reasonable costs incurred as a direct result of the failed delivery may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

BOT & FRAUD POLICY

LEMS reserves the right to cancel orders that we reasonably believe have been placed using bots, automated purchasing software, fraudulent payment methods, unauthorised checkout links or any system designed to unfairly circumvent purchasing restrictions.

We may also cancel or review orders where we identify unusual activity, suspected fraud or attempted resale abuse.

Any cancelled order will be handled in accordance with applicable payment and consumer protection requirements.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour may occur depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

For handmade, washed, dyed, sprayed or individually finished products, minor variations between units may be part of the intended design and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product measurements may also vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the LEMS website, including trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text and branding elements, is owned by or licensed to LEMS unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written authorisation from LEMS.
